The living area offers cozy armchairs and a 58″ Smart TV, ideal for relaxing after a long day. Remote workers will appreciate the dedicated workspace set up by the window, providing natural light and a great view.
Step out onto your private balcony and soak in the sights of the courtyard, city, and mountains in the distance, a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening wind-down!
The private bedroom includes a queen-size bed, closet, dresser, blackout curtains, and ceiling fan to ensure restful sleep. Inside the bedroom, your private en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower and the initial starter pack.
Enjoy the convenience of on-site laundry room! The washer and dryer are located right next to the patio and are available for you to use free of charge. Please note that this laundry area is a shared space with guests in Unit 4.
Step outside to the shared patio where you can fire up the grill, enjoy a friendly game of cornhole, or relax at the picnic table!

Guest access
You’re welcome to enjoy the patio during your stay, play a game of cornhole, relax at the picnic table for a good conversation, or fire up the grill to cook a delicious meal! We kindly ask that everything be left clean so that everyone can enjoy a pleasant environment.
You’ll have access to one designated parking space in the property’s lot. If you’re bringing a second vehicle or have visitors, we kindly ask that they park on the street to keep the lot clear for all guests.

You’ll enjoy a private entrance with keyless entry for your convenience. A unique door code will be provided once your booking is confirmed, and each reservation receives a custom code that automatically expires at checkout for your safety.
🧴 Essentials Provided
We provide a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towel, shampoo, body wash, dish detergent, hand soap, and among other essentials. Once those are used, guests are responsible for refilling any additional items needed during their stay.

To ensure a smooth and secure check-in process, we kindly request:
-A government-issued ID from each adult guest
-Email address for each adult on the reservation
-A signed Innkeeper–Guest License Agreement (outlined in our property rules)
This information is used solely for verification and agreement purposes—it is never stored or shared. Check-in details will be sent after we complete this simple process. Please note: reservations without completed verification may be canceled, or access to the unit may be delayed until documents are provided.
🐞 Pest Control
We perform regular pest control treatments to keep the home comfortable. As the property is close to nature, it’s still possible you might occasionally encounter a critter or two.
⏰ Late Check-Out Policy
Late check-out requests must be made at least one day in advance and are subject to approval. Approved requests are billed at a percentage of the nightly rate. Please note that unauthorized late check-outs incur a fee of $50 per hour.
💡 Utility Policy (Long-Term Stays)
For stays of 14 nights or longer, utilities (gas, water, and electricity combined) are capped at $300 per month. This allowance is typically more than sufficient. In rare cases where usage exceeds the cap, overages may be billed separately.
